Re: Cork Senior Hurling 2020

Question - do Cork players ever swop positions in game? I don't think we do it enough I think you're spot on. I think this year in the league we should be interchanging our forwards more often. Bring our FF line out at stages to lift the intensity for the full 70 minutes. We seem go the sleep for l...

Re: Cork Senior Hurling 2020

The better side won but pleased enough with effort most of the players put in. It seemed a heavy pitch. Disappointed we didn't get something from the match. 3-17 away from home and still came away with a point. Too many frees conceded. Nash: I think he should have done better for their goal and a fe...

Re: Cork Senior Hurling 2020

Waterford fortunate to have 15 on the field. Cooper's helmet was pulled off. It happened right in front of me, Bill was completely innocent,

Re: Cork Senior Hurling 2020

Cooper will do the warm up and management will make a decision on then. 50/50 at the moment

Re: Cork Senior Hurling 2020

Latest I heard is there will be a change in the starting 15. The injury happened on Thursday night, it isn't serious

Re: Cork Senior Hurling 2020

I was talking to one of the backroom team, there possibly could be a change in the starting 15. One player has a wrist injury, as of last night he won't start but they'll give him 36hrs to see if there is any improvement.

Re: Cork Senior Hurling 2020

Pleased enough with that starting set up especially FB. 3 big men in the HB line.ToM didn't really work out in the middle of the pitch so it will be interesting to see how Coleman gels with Cooper. At last a HF line that will challenge when the opposition have the ball, which should ease the pressur...

Re: Cork Senior Hurling 2020

Kingston is after confirming that Kearny will not be taking part this year. Huge loss. Always managed to come away with dirty ball and consistently chipped in on the scoreboard. I said it a few weeks ago that Daniel won't be involved this year. In spite of a few posts on ProC, there was no tension ...

Re: Cork Senior Hurling 2020

And replace them with what? We haven't won an all Ireland in any shape or form at any level in 15 long years. We're stuck[/quote] Hopefully we'll give Dalton a run in the league and we'll see how he does, God knows he can't be any worse than Lehane. We need guys who can win a ball, that way we don't...

Re: Cork Senior Hurling 2020

Awful display in 2nd half. HB line were good again but by Christ we have no bit of steel in that HF line. The sooner the college lads come back the better. Waterford had 16 wides against us and I feared if Limerick clicked at all they'd really show up our failings. We can't win a ball in the air and...
