It’s early and I’ll reserve judgement but I am not impressed by the decisions so far in Kingston’s return. Cooper is a tried and true midfielder. If anything he is a guy who can rest in the league knowing what you have. Instead he’s messing around with him in defense. I was hoping O’Mahoney would find a home where he belongs under new management, instead it’s more of the same misuse. How are we not trying to settle the spine of the team? Very odd stuff.

Bill Cooper wing back..... chance no. 532 for Conor Lehane, could be a long afternoon in Salthill if the game does go ahead.

Has there been any talk of pitch inspection or does anyone know what the plan is for tomorrow

Wind aside there actually is very little rain forecasted for salthill between here and 8 tomorrow night

In Galway at the mo and it hasn't stopped raining all day. Its has eased off but a lot fell throughout the day. Very high winds still.

Only a goal down at HT. Very flat for first 20 but tagged on a few scores. Conceding the puck out is madness with the wind as the corner back can land it in the square. Cork paying Coleman as a sweeper but in turn Galway have a free man in the middle and if their shouting was better from play and placed balls we would be further behind. Kingston playing well with little supply.

Lost 2-16 to 0-16.Robbie O Flynn sending off didn't help.

League over on March 1st and as far as I'm concerned we've learnt practically nothing.

Man down with what, 15 mins to go? Galway empty their bench while cork Management decide to bring on Jack O'connor in injury time.

KK's appointment fast becoming a bad bad decision. We continue to flounder around with nothing displays and schizophrenic team selections. I saw his interview before the start of the live game on TG4 and tbh he looked like he didn't give a shit whether they won or lost.

We lost another match that was in the melting pot. Aidan Walsh's injury plus Rob O Flynns red card had a big bearing on the last 20mins. Most worrying for me is Harnedy. Like most of the league there's no questioning his effort but he hasn't shown any form at all. For the past 12 months he reminds me Lehane, you remember a spectacular score but then you remind yourself where were they for the rest of the game. The hand passing is killing us in the back line, with the wind at our backs we still won't hit quick ball into inside forward line where Kingston was dangerous anytime he got the ball.
