U16s lost 2 games, group to Dublin and final to Galway by 5 points. They hammered that same Galway team last year in u15 final by something like 13 points. Big swing there. What kinda teams had they out say u16? That's concerning considering the hype about them

Not looking good going forward. We had our strongest u16 team in Mallow yesterday. This year's minors (u17) had a similar record in u14 tournament winning it and just lost u15 final to Galway by 2pts .

Im not sure what this competition is but I THINK its a blitz format. Above are the 4 semi finalists, all Cork teams, its a Munster competition

Cork GAA (Coiste Chontae Chorcaí) is seeking an energetic, proactive and inspiring County Underage Secretary for Rebel Óg, who can steer its ongoing success and development.

The successful candidate will join the existing volunteer and professional leadership team comprising of the Cork GAA Executive, Rebel Óg, the CEO and staff based at Pairc Ui Chaoimh.

Working with all stakeholders, the administrator will develop strategies and programmes to improve all aspects of Juvenile affairs in our county. Goals and objectives will be set and will be reviewed regularly with the CEO and Rebel Óg Chairperson.

The administrator will fulfil the regular duties of a County Underage Secretary and work closely with all sections of Rebel Óg to oversee, manage and implement specified tasks, particularly relating to organising and running a coordinated and structured Juvenile games programme and to develop a comprehensive communications strategy for Rebel Óg throughout the county.

The administrator will liaise with County and Regional Boards, Primary and Secondary School Organisations and with CLG at Provincial and National level to complete a fully integrated programme of activities for Rebel Óg.

U16 Eugene Carey from Mallow
Cork A 2-12
Limerick 1-13
Cork quality for the final to play Tipperary in final

Cork B lost to Galway B by 1 goal in B semi final.

Both teams play again at 1.15pm in Mallow and Town Park
