You might want to put "hurling" in the thread title there, Tipp-Ex. Otherwise minor football posts will go in here as well.

Click on the editing icon on the top right of the post (it looks like a pencil writing on a page). This allows you to edit your original post, including the title.

Sound man.
Is this the exact same set up as last year?

Don't know, really, but I tested it out on my Pairc Ui Chaoimh thread (to make sure) and it worked.

John Considine, Denis Ring, John Meyler are names that seem to perpetually involved with Cork GAA. Kind of like Liam Fuohy, Don Given and Noel King with the FAI.

One could argue that all three have been involved in successful Cork teams over the year, going to back to Considine in 2001, the last time we won a minor. But ya, they all smell of Frank appointments and lets not delude ourselves here.
They are now in charge of the best generation of Cork hurlers weve had in a while and I hope to fuck they do their job and bring us silverware, the days of progression are long gone, time to get greedy as a hurling public, our longest hurling famine is upon us, we want All Irelands

I kinda know Donal Collins through de wife's family and can say with a fair degree of certainty that he wouldn't be able to name a single member of his own clubs minor team let alone have a handle on minor hurlers throughout the county.
I reckon he hasn't attended an underage game in years.
I can only assume that he is there at the behest of the CCB. Not sure what that says about John Considine Can't see any other earthly reason he would be added to a selection committee.
